HK Wellness Festival

We would like to invite you to our first HK Wellness Festival!

We understand it is difficult to know what may help you relax, rejuvenate or nourish you fully. This is why we have made this so much easier for you by gathering some of the best practitioners in the area for Yoga, Nurition, Peri-Menopausal Health, Meditation through movement, with the day ending with an incredible soundbath. Join us to learn and understand your body a little more, for this wonderful day of gentle movement (or not, your choice!), workshop sessions and local food. The initial schdule for the day is below and you will be able to attend as many or as little of the sessions as you like- all included in the one off ticket price! 

The ticket price includes refreshments throughout the day as well as a nourishing lunch (vegan & gluten free) provided by incredible cafe Nourish, Olney.

Full price £78 (from Monday 20th March)
