Although we hope all our customers are pleased with their purchases, we understand sometimes you may change your mind. We will be happy to refund or exchange a product from our online shop providing the item has not been used and it is in a fully resalable condition. Any free gift(s) from that order must also be returned, or else you will be charged for the gift or the refund be put on hold until the gift is returned to us.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the day after the date the item was delivered to you, and in original, undamaged packaging. If the item(s) are not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us, unless we have delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend that you use recorded- delivery to do this. To let us know about your wish for a refund within the 14 days cooling off period, please email


If you feel you have been delivered a faulty or incorrect item, or have received an item in error, please email us at within 30 days of delivery of your item. Please indicate the reason for your return and you will be issued with a return authorisation. Please do not send anything back to us until you have received a return authorisation.


We will replace faulty products like for like with unfaulty items or refund your credit/debit card if the product is no longer available.

Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 30 days from delivery of goods. If goods are not sent to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.

In the event of a replacement being issued for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, you must, if requested, return the original item to us within 14 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
